The view. This one word expresses everything important about this project. Designing the small housing estate located right by the river, immersed in natural greenery, we were instinctively following the need to open the buildings and apartments to the landscape. We arranged the estate so that the space between buildings became a shared courtyard, creating the impression of privacy and completeness. The entire elevation of every building is open to the surroundings. Thanks to enormous windows and spacious balconies with corner terraces, the Oder flowing nearby, a bridge on the horizon, embankments, trees, meadows – everything becomes an integral part of the estate’s architecture.
